What’s happening this week?
Intro to Design Management and Collaboration
Client introduction and project brief
"Design Charrette" Nametag
Group information ⇒ Team 4 — Life Centre (Brief 2)

Notes:
3 assignments spread across weeks 4, 10, and 12, involving communication tools. Internally, these include Miro board, Figma, Team, email, and Blogger (utilized for weekly blogs or as a visual diary). Externally, communication methods encompass email (with all lecturers in the loop), social apps, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
Assignment 2 is a group project, contributing to 50% of the grade, while Assignments 1 and 3 are individual tasks, collectively accounting for the remaining 50%. The focus of these assignments lies in team collaboration and management, covering aspects such as time, workload, and risk.
Team messages are reserved for emergencies only. Regular contact with the client is expected once or twice a week, with no pressure for immediate responses; a simple acknowledgment of received emails suffices. Scheduling a suitable time for the client to respond is encouraged.
Reflection:
I'm really excited about Life Center's brief because graphic design and animation are my true passions. This makes me a great match for the video and poster campaign. I love using my skills in visual storytelling and animation to convey important messages to the audience. What drives me is my strong desire to combat prejudice against the LGBT community in Vietnam and raise awareness about the risks of HIV. This project aligns perfectly with my personal mission to create positive social change while improving my graphic design skills and advocating for vital health education.
